My mother was in the hospital following surgery in Katy, we’re originally not from this area, so I was unfamiliar with florist especially. After a quick google search, the first florist I came across seemed outrageous. They literally wanted $70 for 3-4 flowers. I know flowers and especially having them delivered can be pricey, but I thought that was just absurd. I found Katy flower shop next and was pleased with their selection for the price. I chose this item and was honestly expecting less flowers than what it came with when she received her delivery. I was very happy with the outcome of my purchase. Their customer service was also phenomenal. I paid a little extra to make sure it got there in the morning and they delivered it right on time. They also called my mother from the front desk of the hospital when they wouldn’t let them deliver directly to her room to let her know she had a delivery and even went the extra mile to text her a photo when she asked for one. I’ve dealt with a lot of businesses and when issues arise lots of times I think they take the easy way out, for example just leaving the flowers at the front desk and relying on the hospital to get them to her or let her know they were there where in most cases my money and item purchased would have been wasted because she would have never received it. I thank Katy flower shop and staff for excellent service!
