I ordered this arrangement for my best friend's birthday and she absolutely loved it! I had included a balloon with the order and it was accidentally left off but you guys went back and delivered two balloons and a stuffed teddy bear (I only ordered one balloon) to make it right and I didn't even have to ask, you just caught the oversight and made it right. That's excellent customer service. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! I will most definitely use you again and will recommend you to anyone looking for a great florist! Thank you!!
