I live in Atlanta Georgia and one of my best friends live in Texas and she was graduating from her University December 16th at 7 PM. I looked up a few flower shops in Katy Texas because that’s where she resides and I was directed to the website from Google Maps. After scrolling through the Katy flower shop catalog I found the right bouquet for my friend. I was super excited but nervous because I usually do not like placing online orders in fear that something isn’t going to be right when received. That fear displayed itself and came true and I panicked but no need to get into details with what happened. I called the store and spoke to Robert the manager and explained to him what happened and with no hesitation he understood my problem and solved it and went above and beyond to have the flowers redone and deliver my friends bouquet to her home. To ensure me that he delivered it he verified the address with me. I asked if he can send me a picture to my cell and he said no problem. That to me is ultimate customer service! Although, I live in Atlanta if I ever have to have flowers delivered to a Katy Texas home I will be contacting Robert at Katy flower shop. Thank you so much again , she loved them!!
